Getting started
01How do I get a free quote?
Call or text 0427 493 350. Send your suburb, the service you need and a few photos if you have them. Or use our quote builder to prepare your text. We’ll confirm the work and price with you before you book.
02Which parts of Adelaide do you cover?
We’re based in Wayville and work across the inner south, eastern and inner northern suburbs. For properties further afield, send us your suburb and we’ll confirm availability.
03Can I combine different services?
Yes. Tell us if you need windows, solar panels or gutters cleaned together and we’ll quote the combined scope. Access and property requirements are assessed before booking.
04Do I need to be home?
We’ll agree on access before the visit. Exterior work can often be arranged without you at home, while internal windows require someone to provide access.
Window cleaning
01Do you clean inside and outside?
Tell us which areas you would like cleaned when you enquire. We will confirm the scope and any access requirements in your quote.
02Are tracks and flyscreens included?
Glass, frames and sills are part of our window cleaning. Ask about tracks and flyscreens so we can include the extra work in your quote.
03Can you reach upstairs windows?
Pure-water poles let us clean many upper-level windows from the ground. Send a photo of the property so we can assess the height and access.
Solar panel cleaning
01Will cleaning increase my solar output?
Removing buildup can help more light reach the panels, but the effect varies with the system, weather and condition of the array. We do not promise a fixed increase in generation.
02Do you need to get onto the roof?
That depends on the location of your panels and the available access. We assess the property before confirming the method and booking.
03How often should I arrange a clean?
The right interval depends on local dust, trees, birds and the guidance for your panels. Tell us what you are noticing and we can discuss a suitable schedule.
Gutter cleaning
01Can I book gutters and windows together?
Yes. Mention both when you enquire and we will quote the combined scope and discuss a suitable visit.
02Will you check the downpipes?
Downpipe checks are included in the agreed scope. If we identify a blockage or issue that needs a different trade or further work, we will let you know.
03Do you repair damaged gutters?
This service focuses on cleaning and clearing debris. Repairs, replacement guttering and plumbing work need to be arranged separately.
Commercial cleaning
01Do you work with strata and property managers?
Yes. We clean exterior and common-area windows for strata groups, apartments, townhouse groups and managed properties. Tell us about the site and approval process when you enquire.
02Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We can discuss a repeat schedule based on your property, presentation needs and available access.
03What do you need to provide a quote?
Send the property address, areas to be cleaned, approximate height and photos where available. Include any access, induction or documentation requirements so we can confirm suitability.
